Grief and bereavement are normal and one’s emotional response to death. Whether it was known the person was dying or not ahead of time does not change the reaction. The emotions might change, the thought process may be different, but death is traumatic! Death by suicide is different than other ways one could die; accident, illness, natural disaster, age-suicide is a choice one makes and the survivor or survivors wonder why?
